FAQ
What platform do you tutor on?
All sessions take place on Zoom. You’ll receive a recurring link once your schedule is confirmed. Please ensure your student has a quiet space, reliable internet, and necessary materials ready.
How do you manage payments?
Payment is due the day of the scheduled lesson.
Payments are handled securely through Stripe (credit/debit card or bank account). You’ll receive an invoice or checkout link once your schedule is set.
What is your no-show/cancellation policy?
I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice—or no-shows—are billed in full.
What if the tutor cancels?
If I need to cancel for any reason, you’ll receive advance notice and the session will be rescheduled or refunded.
Can you guarantee a certain score or result?
While I can’t guarantee specific test scores or grades, I do commit to providing individualized, research-based instruction and guidance to help each student reach their potential.
How are sessions scheduled?
Scheduling is flexible and done by mutual agreement. You’ll receive a recurring time slot or confirmation email for each session. Or, if you’ve got a busy schedule and would prefer to schedule week by week, we can do that as well.
